Chrysler Art Deco fireplace mantel

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.
The Chrysler is a faithful copy of an original 1920s Art Deco design combining stepped shoulders with nested curves reminiscent of the architecture of the Chrysler building in New York. It is one of the most versatile and popular of our fire surrounds, suited to a wide range of tiled inserts with either stepped or curved fireplace opening blocks and finger tiles to complement the triple stepped legs. At the feet there are only two steps back allowing a fender to be located up against either and the resulting inner 'false foot' has a subtly chamfered corner inspired by the shape of the floor plan of the Chrysler building.
