Craddock all-tiled Art Deco fireplace

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.
The Craddock fireplace with its instantly recognisable Art Deco motif has proved to be one of our most popular fireplace designs. Decorative details like this fan were very common in domestic design in homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. This particular fan / sunburst pattern was in fact copied from a stained glass window in a 1932 semi-detached house. The Ivory / blue / gold design shown here has a cut-out in the hearth to suit a Baxi Burnall underfloor draught fire. The top image shows one way the design can be adapted to fit an inset solid fuel stove by using plain tiles instead of the traditional bullnose openings.

included and extra items

The above price is inclusive of a standard sized hearth. The hearth can be made to any size or shape, depending on the installation requirements.
The sizes given are for those fireplaces pictured here, but we do manufacture completely to order, and would make a fireplace for you at any reasonable size requested. Price will vary with size. As a rough guide, to increase the width of a fireplace by up to 4 inches will require £45 extra of tiles (plain tiles), to increase width of a fireplace by 5 to 8 inches will require £90 of extra tiles (plain tiles). To add 2 extra shoulders to an all tiled fireplace will add £190 to the cost of a fireplace.
