Delivery

Tiled fireplaces and hearths are bulky items that require specialist handling and transport.

We can arrange fully insured delivery by a specialist company who will bring the fireplace into your property.

The price for this service depends on the weight of the items and your distance from us.

Other heavy but more robust items may be sent out via standard pallet freight up to a maximum size of

1200mm x 1000mm x 1800mm high and a maximum weight of 1200kg. Again price depends on size, weight and distance from our factory. Pallet delivery is usually £70 mainland UK, not NI or remote areas such as AB and IV postcodes

Palleted goods are only delivered to the nearest suitable roadside drop off point to your house and you will need to transfer the goods from there into your premises yourself.

For smaller and lighter items (20kg or less) we use a courier service that offers a next day delivery (once the goods have been packed). Multiple parcels to the same address are also possible with the rate being less for each additional package.

We can also arrange packaging and shipping for export orders from loose tiles through to complete fireplaces.
