Vintage Arched tiled fireplace

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.

This Vintage tiled fireplace comes from the Greater Manchester area, and is an excellent example of this popular style of fire.

At 48 inches wide it will fit almost all sizes of chimney breast.

The fireplace is formed from two different mottled tiles, with the main body of the fireplace in a slightly pink tone of beige mottled tile, and a darker more brown mottled tile forming the curved shelf detail, the Arch and fireplace opening tiles and the hearth kerb.

The fireplace is of the "dropped shoulder" design, with stepped opening blocks and a stepped arch faience tile.

It has a distinctive darker line just above hearth level.
