Early 1950s fireplace and hearth

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.

The fireplace front is constructed from horizontal one inch finger tiles around an arch formed from several large concave blocks in a beige / brown mottled glaze.

Inside this arch are the striking features of green glazed tiles forming another arched recess with stepped opening blocks.

The whole is supported on ample hobs made from 6 inch by 2 inch tiles in the green mottled glaze.

The hearth has a raised kerb also in the green mottled glaze.
