Delft tiled Insert

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.

Delft tiled Fireplace Insert.

Delft tiles: white glaze tiles with bright, typically blue, patterns. The use of the white glaze was to mimic the natural whiteness of Chinese porcelain.

This Fireplace Insert is made from 4 inch square Delft tiles with some depicting rural scenes.

This Delft tiled Fireplace Insert was originally made for an international exhibition.

It is being sold for a bargain ex-display price of £355.

The pictures provided show how lovely it looks with wooden mantel/fire surround.

Note: the mantel (code m201), fireback and frets shown in the latter pictures are not included, but can be added for a competitive price.
